Have you always wanted to learn how to sprout but just haven’t taken the time to do it? Here is your chance to do this easily in your kitchen, with two experts.
Join Jill Nussinow, The Veggie Queen, and Rita Galchus, Sprout Lady Rita, owner and chief proprietor of the Sprout House for more than 20 years. Together they can get you sprouting and keep you going. This class is for you if you already have sprouting seeds.
On Wednesday, September 22nd at 3:30 pm PDT, we will help you get your sprouts going, with background information on growing sprouts, safe sprouting techniques, and the detailed how-tos. We will be providing recipes for using the sprouts, both raw and cooked. This class will be about 1 1/4 hours.
This class is available to everyone, no matter where you live since seeds are not included. If you buy seeds, it is recommended that you buy organic seeds meant for sprouting.
Cut off for registration is September 21st.
You will want to be sure to have at least one 1 quart wide mouth canning jar, in which to grow your sprouts. (Don’t worry if you don’t have one, we will send you information on other ways to grow sprouts in any jar you have, or even other ways.)
Cost for this class is the very affordable $19.97. You will be amazed at how many sprouts you can grow affordably, and how much you will save by not having to buy sprouts that someone else grows.
This class will be presented through Zoom. (if you have not yet used Zoom, please email and we will help get you on board with it). This class will be recorded and you will get a link to the recording.
Refund policy: Once you have registered, there are no refunds. Even if you are unable to attend, you will receive the recordings, and you will have the materials to use as many times as you would like.
