Description
Join me for a 25 to 30 minute breath awareness session to calm your mind, bring you peace and elicit joy. We will be doing a number of practices that you can repeat at other times to help you stay centered during this busy season.
By registering for this class, you acknowledge that you are doing this at your own risk. If you have serious heart disease, epilepsy, eye issues then this class is not appropriate for you.
Pre=registration is required. Fee is $7. No refunds.
This will feel best on a mostly empty stomach. Plan to eat at least 3 hours before the practice, and any time that you would like to afterwards, although you might feel in such a state of bliss and calm that food won’t be immediately necessary.
