In this one hour plant-based class, Jill will review the important parts of the Instant Pot and the settings, and everything that you need to know to start using your Instant Pot to its full potential. She will demonstrate how to make legumes, grains and vegetables.
After watching the class you will be well on your way to using your Instant Pot often.

If you want to cook along with one recipe, please email so that you can get the ingredient list. Otherwise all you need is 1 cup of water to do the water test.
This class will be presented through Zoom. (if you have not yet used Zoom, please email and we will help get you on board with it). This class will be recorded and you will get a link to the recording.
The class will be recorded so if for some reason you cannot tune in live, you can watch it later. And even if you do watch live and want to relive the experience or learn something again, you can.
Refunds might be offered for any class cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the class, or you can apply the fee to a future class. An email from you is required.
