Description
This will be a 20 to 30 minute breathwork session with an introduction to breath awareness. Here is an opportunity to tune in to your breath and change your life (at least for a short time), resulting in more awareness, after which peace, calm, contentment and bliss often follow.
Important things to note: this is done on a mostly empty stomach, so time your eating accordingly. Wear comfortable clothing.
You must be in good health, which means no uncontrolled high blood pressure, good blood glucose control, you haven’t had recent abdominal surgery and you are not pregnant, or have epilepsy.
You will want to be in a comfortable seated position for the entire session. You can be on the floor, supported, or not, with pillows, or in a chair. Most of the session will be done with your eyes closed.
I prefer it if you turn your camera on so I can see you.
This is supposed to be both educational, fun, relaxing and calming: a true chance to tune in.
The class is FREE. However, you can donate up to $10 to join, or you can donate after the class if you feel so moved.
