Jill will be doing a workshop at the Mother Earth News Fair in Belton TX on February 19th from 9:30 - 10:30am at the Real Foods stage. Jill's workshop: Sustainable Eating with a Pressure Cooker for Personal and Planetary Health. Jill will show you how quickly and easily you can cook food with the modern pressure cooker. You save time, money, and energy (both yours and the planet's).

After my first class at Gualala Arts at the end of January 2019 which was sold out, we decided to offer another class. While the basics will be the same, the menu will most likely be different as March is a different season than January, and I have a library of more than 400 recipes from which to choose.
