July 21st FREE pressure cooking demonstration from 4 to 5:30 pm at G & G Supermarket in Santa Rosa. Join me and learn how to use a pressure cooker to prepare summer dishes.
Come join me as I teach cooking at the library. Samples will be served and recipes for seasonal vegetables and more will be provided. The focus is on healthier eating. This is offered free of charge through the Sonoma County Library. I will be using the Instant Pot as well as other cooking (and non-cooking) methods to highlight healthy foods of the season.
Join me at 6 pm on February 25th for a free cooking demonstration at the Sonoma County Library in Rohnert Park. The Workshop entitled Healthy Cooking at Any Age runs from 6 to 7:30 pm. Food samples will be served.
After my first class at Gualala Arts at the end of January 2019 which was sold out, we decided to offer another class. While the basics will be the same, the menu will most likely be different as March is a different season than January, and I have a library of more than 400 recipes from which to choose.
