Come join me at the Mother Earth News Fair in Belton, Texas (about an hour from Austin). I will be doing a semi-hands on pressure cooking class with audience members on Saturday at 3:30 pm and a pressure cooking demonstration on Sunday at 2 pm. I hope that you can make it. The Fair has some interesting speakers and vendors.
