This book has the same great timing charts (maybe even better) than those in Vegan Under Pressure, along with 150 recipes, of which 138 are naturally gluten-free. They are vegan and plant-based, and most can be made oil-free.
People often ask about the difference between the two books and it’s this: The New Fast Food cookbook has simpler recipes with more common ingredients, and it was written for the stove top pressure cooker so the recipes will look different. For instance, when a recipe calls for putting your cooker over medium heat and sauteing onions, all you do is set your pot to saute. Then you turn it off and set the time in the recipe as you would for any other electric pressure cooker recipe.
Don’t have an electric pressure cooker? No worries, as the recipes work either way.
