This Creative Low-Fat Vegan Cuisine DVD has been out of print but now it’s back. It features Registered Dietitian Jill Nussinow, The Veggie Queen, giving a 1 hour talk describing a wealth of common ingredients used in vegan cooking, as well as a 1hour cooking demonstration of various dishes including Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Tofu Italiano, Cabbage and Red Apple Slaw and Pear and Toasted Walnut Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette.
This DVD gives you a great start for adopting a low fat plant-based diet. It was filmed at The McDougall program and follows no-oil added principles.
