Have you always wanted to learn how to sprout but just haven’t taken the time to do it? Here is your chance to do this easily in your kitchen, with two experts. This is what I will call second stage sprouting since it’s a step up from jar sprouting but open to all. The process is not difficult.
Join Jill Nussinow, The Veggie Queen, and Rita Galchus, Sprout Lady Rita, owner and chief proprietor of the Sprout House for more than 21 years. Together they can get you sprouting and keep you going. You will be receiving 2 1/2 pounds of seeds that will turn into amazing shoots in 10 days or less.
Together Rita and Jill will share their experience – live. The class will be recorded with Zoom.
The cost for the class includes the organic sprout seeds and the one hour + instruction, discussion, Q and A. You will receive instructions on what you need to have on hand to grow these particular nutritious sprouts at home. These are not microgreens but this is a technique that is different than jar sprouting. You will get information on growing sprouts, safe sprouting techniques, and the detailed how-tos for the following seeds: speckled peas, sunflower with shells, buckwheat, adzuki and mung. You will receive 1/2 pound of each seed which is included in the cost of the class.
