Learn to Grow Microgreens: March 30th 2023 3:00 pm

Have you always wanted to learn how to grow microgreens (a type of sprouting)  but just haven’t taken the time to do it? Here is your chance to do this easily in your kitchen, with two experts. This goes beyond jar sprouting. It requires a different set up, however it is easy to do once you give your seeds a bit of attention.

Join Jill Nussinow, The Veggie Queen, and Rita Galchus, Sprout Lady Rita, former owner and chief proprietor of the Sprout House for more than 21 years. Together they can get you growing and keep you going. You will be receiving 3 pounds of seeds that will turn into amazing microgreens in about 3 weeks. No longer will you have to rely on others to grow your microgreens. You can have them fresh, right in your kitchen without a lot of necessary equipment. You will save money and have fresher food, whenever you want it (with some advanced planning). Ashley,  the new owner of The Sprout House will be happily shipping you the seeds.

Together Rita and Jill will share their experience – live. The class will be recorded with Zoom and will be available for viewing after the class.

The cost for the class includes the organic sprout seeds and the one + hour instruction, discussion, Q and A. You will receive instructions on what you need to have on hand to grow these microgreens at home. You will be receiving information on growing microgreens with safe  techniques, and the detailed how-tos for the following seeds: Speckled Pea, Black Sunflower and Broccoli. 

You will receive one pound of each seed which is included in the cost of the class.

Cut off for registration is March 24th so that the seeds can be shipped to you.

Cost for this class which includes access to follow-up and check-in via email, text or phone is $69.97

This class will be presented through Zoom. (if you have not yet used Zoom, please email and we will help get you on board with it). These classes will be recorded and you will get a link to the recording.

This class is open to everyone but only those in the US can have seeds shipped to them.

Refund policy: Once you sign up for this class and have the seeds shipped to you, there is no refund for the class. Even if you are unable to attend, you will receive the recordings, and you will have the materials to use.

If you are outside the U.S., we cannot ship the seeds to you, so please contact me for more information.
