Description
Come join me at 8:15 am PST (pacific time) to spend 30 to 45 minutes practicing mindfulness breathing exercises. While we breathe daily, this type of breathing will enhance your life, providing more clarity and relaxation. We will meet the usual Tuesday and Friday at 8:15 am PDT in August. If there are some exceptions, I will inform you. (If you register and you are new to this, I need to give you some guidelines.)
If you register for these classes, you are acknowledging that you understand that this is not medical treatment. If you have any doubt about participating you need to check in with your doctor. Practicing some breathing exercises is contraindicated for the following conditions: uncontrolled high blood pressure, other cardiovascular disease, especially congestive heart failure, recent abdominal or hernia surgery, or if you are on oxygen for breathing issues.
If you are relatively healthy, doing breathing is incredibly beneficial, and I would have to say incredibly addictive. Not only do we need it but we can easily experience the relaxation benefits and even possibly the digestive benefits of a regular breathing practice. Breathing has a special way of putting you more in touch with yourself. What does that mean? Try it and see…
The cost for the month is now $60. However this is set up so that if you want to pay more, you can. If you do, it is certainly appreciated. I hope to inspire many people to breathe along. There is never too much health, kindness, happiness or love in the world, especially for yourself. There will be at least 6 classes each month.
Always feel free to contact me if you have questions.
Once you register for the classes for the month, there are no refunds. I will be sure to have at least 6 classes in a month but often there are more.)
Generally classes are recorded and if you contact me, I will send you the recording. (Sometimes there is an oops and there is not a recording to share.

I truly appreciate Breath Awareness with Jill. The thirty minute breathing practice is calming and
relaxing. The added benefit is that the practice is helping me to be able to access this calm throughout my day. I highly recommend Jill’s course.
