No matter what time it is in your life, eating well makes a difference for your health. It’s never too early or too late to eat better-for-you foods. Learning to cook is essential to doing just that. This class will address easy cooking tips and techniques for making tasty and healthful plant-based foods, whether you are 18 or 81, or anywhere in between. All are welcome. Samples will be provided.
