Healthy Cooking at Any Age – Healdsburg Regional Library

Come join me at the Healdsburg Public Library on Thursday May 23rd at 11 am. I will be doing a cooking demonstration using the Instant Pot and other cooking (or raw) methods. The event is FREE and takes place from 11 to 12:30 pm. Samples of seasonal, organic vegetables and other foods will be served but it will not include lunch.
