Join me at the Farm to Fermentation Festival on Saturday, August 27th I will be speaking about fermentillas – how to make tortilla-like breads with fermented batter. It’s a wonderful topic and I will hopefully have many samples to share. It’s worth the drive from other places to attend this at least once.
Presentation will be at 2:30 pm in the Cypress Classroom
