Cooking Well at Any Age Rohnert Park Library

In conjunction with the Sonoma County Library I will be presenting a 1 1/2 hour cooking demonstration using the freshest vegetables of the season. I will be using my Instant Pot and other cooking (and raw) techniques. Samples will be served.
