Cooking Well at Any Age Sonoma County Library Healdsburg

Come join me as I teach cooking at the library. Samples will be served and recipes for seasonal vegetables and more will be provided. The focus is on healthier eating. This is offered free of charge through the Sonoma County Library.

I will be using the Instant Pot as well as other cooking (and non-cooking) methods to highlight healthy foods of the season.
