I am thrilled to be celebrating that it has been a year since my latest cookbook Vegan Under Pressure was released. I honestly think that it’s selling better now than it was a year ago since so many more people have learned about the Instant Pot.
To honor this occasion, with Instant Pot sponsoring this, I am giving away an Instant Pot DUO to one lucky winner (from the U.S. or Canada). Another winner will get a copy of Vegan Under Pressure or any other book or DVD of their choice. (This is open only to those in the U.S.) Please leave a comment on this post describing how an Instant Pot will help you with your cooking.
If you are new to the Instant Pot, see my New to the Instant Pot post or join the new group on Facebook Instant Pot Beginners Veg Support.
I was featured in my local paper The Press Democrat last year, Instant Pot takes the pressure off busy cooks. I hope that I am no longer known as “the crazy pressure cooker lady” (I jokingly have referred to myself that way) who has been pushing pressure cooking for more than 20 years. The Instant Pot has changed all that.
Remember, if you are here, you are already a winner, so please enter.

A busy lifestyle doesn’t mean you can’t eat healthy! This will help me to have both successfully! REAL food even on days when my schedule is hectic! Quick doesn’t mean driving through a drive-thru any longer with the help of great recipes and a quick, easy and delicious method of creating them! Helping to bring families back together at meal time, reconnecting after a long day. The way it should be!
