Even though many are stuffed at the end of the Thanksgiving meal, it seems like dessert is the period in a sentence. The meal’s not done without a sweet ending. I have a few desserts that work well for the holidays or any time. If none of my recipes appeal to you, check out my vegan pastry chef friend Fran Costiagn’s website.
Vegan Holiday Desserts:
Cocoa Almond Truffles can be made ahead and frozen or refrigerated so that they are at the ready for any holiday party.
Spiced Sweet Potato Pie and Squash Custard recipes can be found in my cookbook The Veggie Queen.
From the Vegan Under Pressure cookbook you will also find Apple Berry Crisp or Not-So-Crisp, Apple Raisin Walnut Cake, Moist Chocolate Cake, a fermented Pumpkin Ginger Cheezecake and my show stopping Pear Almond Upside Down Cake, as well as a few others.
Remember that if desserts are a trigger food for you, freeze them or give them all to someone else. Make your holiday life sweeter by being kind to yourself.

Hi Jill
Do you have a vegetarian dairy (eggless) cheesecake recipes/ books for sale? The ones I have had are not as soft as the egg version. Please help!

I have a recipe on my blog right now for Straightforward Cashew Lemon Cheezecake. It is not the same as dairy cheesecake but if you don’t expect that, perhaps you will ike it.
