I love Jill Nussinow’s book The New Fast Food and my new pressure cooker. This book inspired me to buy a new pressure cooker and I now make delicious soups and vegetables, in minutes. I love making substitutions and recreating recipes,and this book instilled confidence in me to do this.
The pressure cooker has helped me make positive changes in my kitchen–from thought to food, meals are just minutes away. What a concept for healthy food! Thank you Jill!!
My favorite recipes so far include the Curried Quinoa Gravenstein Apple Salad, Herbed Lentil, Rice and Vegetable Soup, and Indian Dal. I plan to try at least two recipes a week until I make them all. This book is on my list of must-have cookbooks and will be a resource for many years to come.
