Superfoods: Myths or Miracles — an overview of the benefits and pitfalls of including "superfoods" in your diet. Jill reviews healthy eating and what to include for optimal nutrition.

Nutrition and You — a general overview of nutrition as it applies to everyday eating. Can be tailored to specific audiences.

Eating for Energy — a review of foods to include to boost your energy, and those that steal it. Includes information on other energy enhancing ideas.

Nutrition and Cancer: Using Your Knife, Fork and Spoon
— review of the foods that can be beneficial in preventing cancer and particular foods to include in combating cancer.

Anti-Aging Cuisine: Using Food to Help Keep You Feeling Younger — includes with food show and tell and food samples (if requested), to help improve health and keep you feeling great.

Eating Healthy Any Time: Five Easy Steps to Improve Your Diet
— (1 1/2 hours ) includes a cooking demonstration reviewing healthy eating, along with a seasonal cooking demonstration.

Heart Health for Women
— What do women need to help keep healthy hearts? Jill reviews food and nutrients, as well as lifestyle factors that can influence heart health.

Someone Like You – an examination and exploration of one's diet in relation to the circulating diet information and what is optimal.

Essential Nutrition
Discussion about general nutrition, vegetarian nutrition, essential nutrients and how to get them from the food that you eat with some food visuals.
